关于召开2009年度国际水利先进技术（产品）推介会的通知
各有关单位：
为进一步做好国际水利先进技术引进与国内水利实用技术推广工作，经研究决定，定于2009年4月17日在北京组织召开2009年度国际水利先进技术（产品）推介会。会议由水利部国际合作与科技司、水利部"948"项目管理办公室指导，水利部科技推广中心主办。会议有关事项通知如下：
一、会议时间和地点
会议时间：2009年4月17日上午8：30 开始，会期一天。4月16日全天报到。
会议地点：北京铁道大厦（北京市海淀区北蜂窝路102号，邮编：100038，电话：010-51879199）。
二、会议内容和形式
（一）邀请国内、国外先进水利技术（产品）持有单位采用现场演讲、实物展示、图片展览、多媒体展播、书面交流、会刊等多种方式对推介技术（产品）进行介绍和宣传。
（二）组织国内水利科学技术研究，水利工程勘察、规划、设计及建设，水利科技普及、推广和管理等技术需求单位的有关人员参会，并开展技术需求调查、技术交流与咨询等活动。
（三）邀请水利行业专家结合近期水利中心工作、重点工程，以专题形式介绍当前我国水利技术（产品）现状及需求情况。
（四）邀请水利及相关行业专家现场评议推介的技术（产品）。会后，根据专家评议结果，推荐参会技术（产品）进入《2009年度国际水利先进技术（产品）推介会技术（产品）推荐目录》，供国内有关单位引进、应用先进技术（产品）参考。
（五）发布《2008年度水利先进实用技术重点推广指导目录》并颁发推广证书。
（六）邀请有关新闻媒体进行宣传报道，中国水利国际合作与科技网、中国水利科技服务网将对会议进行专题报道，并重点介绍国内用户关注的先进技术（产品）。
三、会议安排
（一）报名截止时间为2009年3月31日。推介单位请填写注册表（附件1）和参会回执(附件2)，在报名截止时间前通过E-mail或传真发送至组委会。
（二）组委会对报名参会的推介技术（产品）进行审查，并正式发函通知推介企业参会。
（三）通过审查的参会企业，需按会议要求交纳注册费用，办理有关手续。注册、交费截止时间为2009年4月3日。
（四）会前组委会将在中国水利国际合作与科技网、中国水利科技推广网上公布大会推介技术（产品）名称。
四、会议收费标准
（一）推介技术（产品）
国外技术：人民币5000元/项
国内技术：人民币3000元/项
现场演讲：另加收人民币2000元/项，限时15分钟/项
2009年3月15日前缴费者，可享受9.5折优惠。
（二）会议费
人民币800元/人（含会刊、资料费、会议期间餐费），每项推介技术（产品）免一人会议费。参会代表住宿费自理。
（三）展板、音像展播
展板：每项推介技术（产品）免费提供2块展板场地，超过2块，另行收费人民币500元/块。展板由参会单位自行制作成X展架（标准尺寸为宽60cm、高160cm），并由组委会统一布展。
音像展播：会议免费安排音像展播。推介技术（产品）宣传音像片请参会单位自行制作，每项推介技术（产品）限时5分钟以内，并于4月7前提交组委会。音像展播由会务组统一安排播放。
（四）会刊广告
封二8000元，封三5000元，插页（整版 2000元，半版 1000元），封底 5000元。要求提供数码照片，分辨率达到500万像素以上，提供的文字说明要求简洁明了。请于2009年4月3日前将会刊广告申请表（附件3）及有关资料提交组委会，并交纳有关费用。

Conference Notice
2009 Promotion Conference on International Advanced Water Technology (product)
To whom it may concern:
In order to introduce international advanced water technologies and extend domestic applied water technologies, it is hereby notified that 2009 Promotion Conference on International Advanced Water Technology (Product) shall be held in Beijing on 17 April 2009.
The conference is organized by the Science and Technology Promotion Center under the guidance of the Department of International Cooperation, Science & Technology of the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR), and National Administration Office for “948 Projects”.
The details of the Conference are as follows:
I. Time and Place
Starting time of the conference is 8:30 a.m. on 17 April 2009 and last for the whole day. The check in time is16 April 2009

II. Content and Process
1. Organizations or companies home and abroad with advanced water technologies (product) are invited to conduct market promotion of their technologies (products) by means of on-the-spot presentation, demonstration, photo exhibition, multimedia programme, written material exchange and proceeding of conference.
2. Relevant staff engaged in water science and technology study, reconnaissance and design, planning and construction of water projects, popularization, extension and management of water science and technology will be organized for the survey of technology demand, technical exchange and consultation.
3. Experts in water field shall be invited for making special-subject introductions on present condition of water technology (product) development and demand in China that focus on main activities and projects of the water sector.
4. Experts in water science and technology will be invited to evaluate the participants’ technology (product) on site. The presented technologies (products) shall be listed in the “Catalogue of Introduced Technologies (Products) of 2009 Promotion Conference on International Advanced Water Technology (Product)” after the conference, according to the evaluation results of the experts, for the reference of local users during introduction and application of advanced technologies (product).
5. “Catalogue of Guidance for Introducing 2008 Major Applied International Advanced Water Technology (Product)” shall be released and certificate for technology extension shall be issued.
6. Relevant media will be invited to this Conference, and websites of China Water Science Info Network and Science and Technology Promotion Center of MWR will deliver special reports on the Conference, and introduce advanced technologies (products) that interested by the local users.
III. Arrangement of conference
1. Registration Date: 1 February – 31 March 2009
Please fill in and send back the Application Form and Reply Form (appendix 1 and 2) to the Organizing Committee via email or fax before the close time of registration.
2. The Organizing Committee will review the technology (product) proposed by the applicant and send formal notification for participation.
3. The approved participants need to pay the conference registration fee and the last day for the payment of registration fees of is 3 April 2009.
4. The Organizing Committee will sort out, evaluate and determine the technology (product) to be displayed at the Conference. Name-list of the technologies (products) promoted at the Conference will be publicized on the websites of China Water Science Info Network and the Science and Technology Promotion Center of MWR.
IV. Rates
1. Promoted technology (product)
Foreign technology (product): RMB 5,000 each
Local technology (product): RMB3,000 each
On-site presentation: RMB2,000 each for 15 minutes
The discount is 0.5% if the charges are paid before March 15, 2009.
2. Conference registration fee
The conference registration fee is RMB800 per person (including conference proceedings, materials and meals during the conference). One people is free for registration fee for each technology (product). The participants need to pay their own expenses for hotel rooms.
3. Display walls and audio-video programme
Display walls: Two Display walls and stands are free for each technology (product), and RMB 500 is added for more than two display walls. The Display wall should be provided by the participant as the type of X-shaped Display Stand (width: 60cm; height: 160cm) that is placed by the organizing committee.
Audio-video programme: The broadcasting of the audio-video programme is free. Audio-video product needs to be made by participant and time of the programme is limited to five minutes for each technology (product), which should be sent to the organizing committee before 7 April 2009. Video broadcasting shall be arranged by the service group of the conference.
