摘要

报告系统总结了中国坝工技术的发展历程,分析了中国水能资源的储量和可开发量,探讨了目前水电装机容量和发展前景。详细阐述了长江三峡工程的基本情况、建筑物布局和解决的施工关键技术难题,以及目前发挥的显著综合效益。介绍了中国已建的高拱坝和在建300m级高拱坝,详细论述了294.5m坝高的小湾水电站混凝土双曲拱坝在施工中解决的关键技术难题。介绍了中国已建和在建的混凝土面板堆石坝,以233m坝高的水布垭混凝土面板堆石坝为例,论述了中国在混凝土面板堆石坝建设中积累的主要经验。介绍了中国建设的心墙堆石坝,并以261.5m坝高的糯扎渡心墙堆石坝为例,讨论了该坝在建设过程中采取的技术创新措施。最后展望了中国水电开发的未来和面临的挑战。

Abstract

The development process of the dam construction technique in China is summarized in the report. The storage of hydropower resources and exploitation amount are listed, as with the installed capacity of hydropower and development potential. The basic information, building layout and key technical problems of the Three Gorges Project which were solved during the construction are introduced in detail, as well as the comprehensive benefits after the project. The built high arch dam and 300m level high arch dams which are under construction in China are introduced in the report, meanwhile, the key technical problems of the Xiaowan Hydropower Station concrete hyperbolic arch dam which were dealt with during the construction are discussed at great length. The concrete face rock-fill dams built or under construction in China are introduced respectively, meanwhile, take the Shuibuya concrete face rock-fill dam which has a height of 233m as example, the main experiences which are accumulated in the construction of concrete face rock-fill dam are discussed. The core-wall rock-fill dams in China are also introduced in the report, with a focus on the Nuozhadu core-wall rock-fill dam. Technical innovation measures which were taken during the construction are introduced. China's hydropower development and challenge in the future are predicted at the end of the report.
